Dr. Martin Schippan advises newspaper and magazine publishers on all legal matters. His work focuses primarily on press law, where he conducts numerous test cases on fundamental issues such as reporting on suspicion, monetary compensation and damages, as well as other current topics; many of these cases are ultimately decided before the Federal Court of Justice. Another key focus of his practice is the copyright protection of journalistic content and its secondary use. Legal issues relating to the use of artificial intelligence have also long been an integral part of his advisory work.
